We have many warehouses in the United States, Europe and outside Europe to deliver the best products to our customers in a short time and with less risk. We have many different brand products in these warehouses.
Therefore, the shipping fee and delivery times of the products and brands in each warehouse are different. The following list includes shipping costs and delivery times in detail.

Re-Ship & Insurance Policy

We offer our customers the opportunity to insure their purchased products. This insurance is valid for situations such as customs seizure, breakage, loss
To insure your orders, you need to select "I want insurance" on the payment page when creating your order.
Insurance fee is 10% of your order amount
No action should be made on your tracking number for 45 days for the insurance policy to take effect. Or you should receive a letter stating that your package has been seized by customs and send us a picture of this letter.

Can i select courier shipping?

Express shipping is only available for Pharma Grade products. If you have a product with express shipping option in your cart, you can select this option on the order page.

Which courier company are you using?

Your order will be sent using the most suitable courier company (Fedex, TNT etc.) depending on your order and the destination country.

Do you give a tracking number?

We give you a tracking number (TN) for each package shipped. Our shippers send us TNs after they ship out the packages. We forward the TNs to you immediately after we get them.

Why am i charged for more than one shipment fee?

When your order contains products from different warehouses, you may get charged for more than one shipment. Please contact us if you need assistance with your order optimization.

Where is my package?

You may view the status and movement of your order by clicking on the tracking number on your order details page.

To track your package, please enter your tracking number to an online tracker. One of the most commonly used trackers is:

Your package's last status in the tracker (while the package is in transit) is always the last status in the sender country. The tracker will be updated with the new status message once the package arrives and gets processed in the destination country. So, please don't get confused: your package might be in transit already for several days, but the tracker would show a status message from the sender country.

I want to change my shipment information

Your order details always reflect the shipment information in your profile at the time of order placement. To change your shipment information after you have placed an order, please send us a message from your order page and we will assist you. Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment info once your order is forwarded to the warehouse.

When will my order be shipped?

Following your payment collection, we immediately forward your order to the relevant warehouses. After that, the postal processes are carried out by the suppliers. It may take some days until your package is shipped out by the warehouse. This time varies by the warehouses. Warehouses decide on shipment days taking into account many factors including the safety and security of your package.

My tracking number is not active

It may take several days for your tracking number to get active, this is normal. Please give it some time before contacting us. Your package will be delivered within the given timeframe.

I have selected regular shipment. can i change to Express shipment?

Express shipping option is available for Pharma Grade products only. When you place an order and want to have courier shipment, please send us a message from your ticket page. We will calculate and inform you about your new total cost.

What are the shipping costs?

- Regular Postal Shipping: varies by the warehouse

- Express Shipping: $90 (for Pharma Grade only)

When will i get a tracking number?

The tracking numbers are usually given within 3-7 workdays after the payment collection but this varies by the relevant warehouse.
